COP30 Scorecard: Technical Assessment of Outcomes Against The African Agenda

This scorecard provides a high-level assessment of COP30 outcomes against African priorities as articulated in the policy brief by Power Shift Africa (PSA). The brief aimed to support African negotiators, policymakers, and civil society in advancing a coherent and justice-centred strategy for COP30. The scorecard identifies key wins, gaps, and outstanding issues across critical negotiating tracks, including climate finance, adaptation, loss and damage, just transition, and trade measures. It also suggests possible pathways to advance the wins from the COP decisions and bridge gaps through subsequent processes.
